WHAT NOT TO SAY TO YOUR CLIENTS

CLIENTS:

If you’re a client or patient and you’re reading this, you maybe a little offended.

Please don’t be.

In my experience health takes a back seat in many of our lives. If you’re really honest I know you’ll agree.

We sabotage ourselves all the time, putting our kids, our work, our spouse, even people we don’t know very well FIRST and that’s crazy.

We see this all the time and so, our job is to gently but firmly help you shift your priorities back to where they need to be.

After-all, if you’re not 100% how can you support those around you!

This is why we mentor our practitioners to communicate with you in a very specific way.

WHAT NOT TO SAY TO YOUR CLIENTS.

3.Just come back when you’re ready or when you want to.

4.I’m not sure.

5.You’ll be right. See you next time.

Our clients are NOT QUALIFIED to manage their own treatment plans WE ARE!

Our clients need direction even if they don’t think so.

As a practitioner you cannot be clear enough.

Reception need to know exactly what’s going on.

Failing to direct a client leads to gross under servicing which then leads to no-result and a vote of no-confidence not only in you, but in your modality, the practice. They then tell 10 other people and you’re left sitting in your room doing not much!

Not all clients want what we’re offering this is true however, it is impossible for you to truly know that.

YOUR DUTY OF CARE is simply to show clients what they need and then repeat.

If this sounds like you please do yourself, the practice and most of all the client a favour and STOP.

CLIENTS:

The thing is, you’re in the fishbowl. It’s virtually impossible to see the forest for the trees. You need a professional, balanced objective view of your health and bodies so you can make the best choices.

It is natural to throw up obstacles. Time, $. Your practitioners job is to provide you with the best recommendations and advice to help you towards becoming the healthiest version of YOU and this includes supporting your self-care.

IT IS NOT ABOUT GETTING YOU TO COME BACK MORE THAN YOU NEED TO, FAR FROM IT!

CLIENTS AND PRACTITIONERS:

So, guys, work with each other, you’re a team with a common goal. Clients, let your practitioner be part of your Circle of Trust. Practitioners, provide your clients with clear guidelines that include price and time obligations.

Together, you can make a real difference.
