We all the same number of hours in the day, and yet some individuals seem to get way more done? Why is that?
Success people have a routine, a series of daily, weekly habits that do no matter what.
These are not just any habits. They know exactly which activities they need and want to do and which one’s need to be delegated and leveraged.
They focus on what they are good at, what they love doing, and support their team to do the same. Win-win.
They do this consistently, and at all costs avoid micro-managing.
This means avoiding meddling, over-seeing, under-mining others, which is not only rude, dis-respective and downright annoying, it is entirely non-productive and in fact creates problems.
One of those is burn out, which leads to resentment, a loss of passion and giving up.
So the message today is, make sure you are doing what you want to and love. Make sure your team is doing the same.
And don’t waiver, stay focused and consistent.
In 6 weeks your neurology would have adapted and it will become a habit.
So what are going to do with all you’re time?
