We’ve all heard the saying, ‘leave it at the back door’.  Well in my experience never a truer word spoken.
You may notice your appointment book or the practice in general, becomes a little quiet, a bit ‘gappy’ when you’re not quite you or the general clinic energy is a bit ‘off’.

This is no coincidence. And the answer lies in Quantum Physics.
Einstein once said if you’re frequency resonates with what you want to achieve there is no way you cannot create the reality you wish for. That’s not philosophy, that’s physics.
So irrespective of how you ‘feel’ from a conscious, rational perspective, you’re reality is determined by your vibration or resonance, you’re subconscious intention.
Think about this. You may have a practitioner working with you who says all the right things…they’re motivated, keen, turning up etc. but somethings missing. When you call them to account,  you may notice they constantly back down, become unavailable, have excuses etc. Consciously they want to be busy, successful but on a deeper level they sabotage themselves maybe because they really don’t want to be busy, it’s all too hard, what if they fail, and they can’t be bothered and so on.
The appointment book will always reflect the latter and if you’re not aware of this fact it can quickly drive you towards frustration and anxiety.
So what to do.
Firstly understand your conscious thinking is only part of the story. Rational thinking is essential and a useful way to re-program our subconscious vibration, however, we need something else
There are many ways to tune your vibration.
Listen to a particular frequency of sound, e.g. Solfeggio; Use Tapping or Emotional Freedom Techniques to accelerate sub-conscious integration; Meditate and breath whilst repeating affirmations, e.g. mantra’s; write down +ve affirmations – intentions, positively delude yourself about the future you want to create then bring it forwards…pin this to the shower, read often and tap whilst reading it out loud…
To re-program your frequency or neural programming it takes practice and repetition and needs to be done before you arrive at the clinic.
So consciously let it go at the back door. Move fully and purposefully into your clinic – room space and welcome your clients. Verbalize your intention to yourself, your colleagues and reception. And maintain this practice during your shift.
This is where manifestation lives.
