You can also trying ‘Tapping’ or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to accelerate your results.

Mindfulness quickly re-calibrates and integrates your brain, helping with fatigue, headaches, overwhelm, stress, anxiety and a myriad of other stress responses.
