APPLES, ORANGES OR PEARS

Let me make one thing clear, you’re looking for the right fit for you and your practice. The wrong fit doesn’t mean that practitioner is a lesser quality practitioner!

Hi, I’m Andrew, founder: Million Dollar Wellness Practice.

I was recently presenting up on the Gold coast at the Practice Leverage Revolution event, talking to a bunch of wellness Practice owners about recruiting the right team. We talked about Grade A vs Grade B vs Grade C practitioners. (We also use this model when discussing clients and staff by the way).

Pretty soon it became apparent to me we were discriminating by labeling the B’s and C’s as lesser people.

I decided in the moment to change this model because, quite simply this couldn’t be further from the truth.

Let me explain.

You and your practice have its own energetic footprint, a particular vibration or resonance that is your ‘magic’. This is the essence that attracts your particular kind of client, staff and practitioner.

The next practice will be different.

You know your ideal practitioner, client, staff member…we call this an avatar (My mentoring clients have access to what I call, the ‘Avatar Avalanche’ team attraction system which helps develop this picture).

Your avatar is much like a choosing a fruit. Apples, oranges or pears. They are all very different but no more or less that each other. You simply want apples, and the next practice wants pears!

So, our recruitment process enables us to attract more apples and less oranges or pears, and these latter people we let go, and refer on with love.

They’re just not the right fit and that’s it!

Our recruitment blueprint in the Million Dollar Wellness Practice breaks down the steps from advertising to interviewing to induction to ensure you attract more apples right from the outset.
