5 STEPS TO ALIGNMENT

I was recently watching a 2017 launch video with Marcus Bird and Andy Ramsay from the Wellness Leadership Academy and I felt inspired, so thanks guys.

This article therefore, I credit to these guys.

Let me explain.

I have this crazy tendency to get busy, keep busy and get busier. My reality most of the time is, got to get stuff done, and then get more stuff done.

I get buried in auctioning and lose sight of why I’m doing what I’m doing. It’s pretty insane.

These guys have reminded me to stop and smell the roses.

So I’m reminded to go back to basics and meditate. It’s about raising your consciousness, bringing awareness back.

I’m meditating first on what I’m grateful for. It’s so easy to forget that you have your health, your family, healthy kids, an awesome work environment, awesome home…we take this for granted, or at least I do.

So my plan is write down 3 things I’m grateful for and meditate on this each morning.

Next is what the guys call frequency. What struck me was how little life is about auctioning. You may have heard the saying, “doing without doing”. Get your energy or vibrational frequency aligned and action becomes effortless and easy.

I’m sure you can relate. You take on one project and everything just flows, falls into place, yet another it just seems up hill.

You are either in alignment or not and this makes all the difference.

So how do you get into alignment? Do you remember the TV show Stargate? Once the circle was aligned you could move thru to another realm. Think of your energetic being as a stargate except it only takes one click and aligned.

Alignment is pure energy. It is pure intention. It happens before you are even fully aware of what has happened. That’s right conscious awareness is lagged which means any actions that follows are also lagged. So it’s fair to say alignment pre-destines, pre-maps your future actions.

Alignment also happens in a Nano-second, an instant!

So how do I get into alignment? This is my 5 step plan:

  1. Affirmations
  2. Tapping
  3. Meditating
  4. Sharing
  5. Consistency

Write down 3 things you are grateful for, 3 actions or goals for that week and 3 things you want to let go off. These become your affirmations. Repeat them 5 times each out loud.

Meditating. Try using an app or listen to a Solfeggio frequency. This specific frequency will help your vibration align.

Sharing. Share your goals, and intentions with your loved ones, colleagues, a closed Facebook group etc., anywhere where there’s trust and respect. This amplifies your message to the universe.

Be consistent. Create a regular habit, preferably daily.

And lastly get back into action. But be aware of your STARGATE closing. If actions becomes too hard then this is probably what has happened.
