3 WAYS TO CREATE RED PHONE’S IN YOUR BUSINESS

Have you ever wanted to just pick up the phone and connect with that perfect joint venture partner, or referral partner but found it almost impossible to get thru their firewall or better known as reception or P.A?

How would your business life be if you had a ‘Red Phone’ to all the KPI’s [key persons of Interest] you need in your local and global sphere?

Hi, I’m Dr. Andrew Arnold (Chiropractor), Founder: The Practice Leverage Revolution.

Today I want to talk about the 3 ways to get your own RED PHONE’s so that you can scale up your practice with the right referral partners and joint venture businesses.

#1       Join a local business network preferably one that’s connected to your local counsel, e.g. Chamber of Commerce.

#2       Get on the committee, preferably the executive committee, and preferably still, become the President.

#3       Use an existing partnership or relationship, e.g. a KPI client / business in your community to introduce you to one of their partners by way of introduction.

Once you have a red phone leveraging your business becomes so much easier.

Not only are you able to get in front of your KPI’s, they already trust you and so a joint venture conversation is easily received.

TIP#1: A hot joint venture partner will always ask what they can do for you so make sure you get in first and ask this question before they do.

TIP#2: Start thinking about a low or no cost service or product you can offer, as a value add to compliment one of their current services and promotions.

Good luck creating your RED PHONE list.
